Sumario:It is a synthetic exposition of the hermeneutic method applied especially to legal texts. It distinguishes the interpretation of non-mandatory legal texts, the interpretative method of which corresponds to other texts, divided into three parts: external criticism, internal criticism and criticism of authority; and the interpretation of imperative texts, for which the declarative interpretation common to other texts may suffice, but in many cases require a normative interpretation, or legal interpretation per se, which may be the interpretation the broad interpretation of a rule, restrictive interpretation, and the creative or integration interpretation of a new rule.
