| Sumario: | The objective of this work was to determine the main features to be evaluated in the teaching performance from the opinion of the students from the dimensions: personal, disciplinary, didactic - pedagogical and professional that allow feedback to the instrument of evaluation of the teaching performance via the opinion of the student used in the Faculty of Education Sciences of the UATx. A study was carried out under the quantitative approach, analyzing the responses of 204 students belonging to the two degrees offered by the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala: Educational Sciences and Educational Communication and Innovation. It was found that the main features to evaluate are related to didactic planning, learning evaluation strategies, the interpersonal teacher-student relationship, as well as assiduity and punctuality. keywords: Teacher evaluation; evaluation of teacher performance; modalities of teacher evaluation; features of teacher performance evaluation |
