Sumario:This paper aims to highlight the importance of non-formal education based on the Rarámuri worldview, coupled with inclusion within the formal educational system, which provides new meanings to the teaching-learning process. Their identity, historical context, indigenous beliefs and customs are taken as a basis, in order for teachers to act accordingly, developing intercultural skills and competencies that improve the intercultural teaching-learning process. The research is presented from the perspective of popular education and from a qualitative approach.
