| Sumario: | The objective of this document is to present the results obtained in the research on Training and Certification of Return Migrants to be inserted into the Labor Market of Tourist Services in the State of Nayarit, as a proposal that aims to retain a migrant workforce in their communities. originally. The work is divided into seven chapters, the first of which is devoted to elaborating the problem statement, and to defining the general and specific objectives that guide the research in a general context. The research work arises, in the first instance, to try to propose a mechanism that allows the integration of a series of instances of different levels of government, in the effort to incorporate migrants returning from the state of Nayarit to the labor market they offer the tourist developments established in the entity. |
