Sumario:Using the canonical quantization for the flat FRW cosmological model with scalar field Á and scalar potential V(Á), we obtain a differentialequation for this potential. Also we present the quantum solution for this model, and under the WKB approximation to get the semiclassicalformulation, we give a family of potentials. Finally, the classical evolution of the system is given in the inflation scenary.
