Resumo:The violence and the insecurity provoke negative and permanent consequences on the individuals who have been victimized by the most aggressive modalidad of the crime (violations, theft in dwelling, torture and homicide, between others) The victims, in turn, find incentives and facilities to influence in an effective way his political and social environment, by means of different forms of activismo; which not necessarily answer to the democratic spirit and, in occasions, are alike more models of authoritarian behavior.
