| Resumo: | The subrogation of medicines is given in case of non-existence or lack of medicines contemplated inside or outside the basic table, for exchange in another pharmacy where there is a current agreement with the institution. The aim of this study was to determine the additional cost of drug subrogation in the ISSSTE at the General Hospital "Dr. Aquiles Calles Ramirez ", within the process of supplying medication, through a operational research that is a quantitative research in the health area; for which the lines of economic evaluation were followed: 1. Define the problem 2. Select the alternatives to compare 3. Perspectives of analysis 4. Time horizon 5. Measure and assess the costs and effects on health 6. Presentation of results 7. Perform sensitivity analysis. |
