Sumario:The following text describes the context in which the 2021 federal electoral process took place, culminating in the election of the Chamber of Deputies. It includes a critical analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the preparatory steps taken by the electoral authorities to guarantee the accuracy of the results. Finally, it studies the post-electoral stage (judicialization) that resulted in the current parity composition of the Congress of the Union.
