| Sumario: | In this article, the authors introduce into the polemics two moments of the discussion the subject on the property of small and medium enterprise in Cuba. In the first part, it is discussed the lack of current connection of the existing forms of private economical activities in the country with other elements of economical changes undertaken in Cuba in the decade of the nineties, problem which is discussed from the analysis of the concrete causes of the high income-yield capacity in work activities on their own account. In the second part, the aspects on the subject of small and medium enterprise property are reviewed within the context of an integral project of changes in Cuban economy, subject that, of course, leads to the consideration of the limits of the expansion of the private enterprise in he logic of a socialist model. The development of the non national state sector in Cuba, its present, and what could be -in the authors' opinion- a future trajectory is analyzed. |
