Sumario:It is a well-known fact that the policies of labour flexibility are directly correlated with productive organization. Together, they have produced a new relationship between capital and labour. However, without generalizing, it is necessary to situate the specificity of this phenomenon and the consequences it generates. Considering this, the author provides historical and conjunctural analyses of this phenomenon in Argentina.
