Sumario:The article exposes the situation of assisted reproduction in Latin American countries and in Mexico; regulation of filiation derived from these procedures in the Mexican context and the importance of procreational will as a requirement for legal parentage in assist-ed reproduction. Finally, it highlights some resolutions on the subject of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Mexican Supreme Court.
