| Resumo: | In the present study, a quantitative, descriptive and correlational analysis of the perceptions of the COVID-19 pandemic is carried out, where a psychometric instrument was used for two samples of students, from two different faculties in two higher education institutions different both by geographical location and social context, which involved 467 students. The study shows that pessimistic narratives and traditional thinking are related to the socio-emotional competencies of young students in the current times of the COVID-19 pandemic, ranging from low to high impact. |
