| Sumario: | The Development Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) is a disease when there is an incongruency between the iliac and femur articular surfaces that affects the hip joint, including the soft parts of the hip joint and the acetabular or femoral ossification; it can be develop in pre natal time or after the birth and ranges from very mild forms to its abnormality more severe (dislocation). The present investigation had as objective indentify and stablish which of all the existent treatments has the best anatomical an functional results, it was used a survey that was applied to 80 people who had and stretch relationship with Development Dysplasia of the Hip, general doctors, medicine students of 3 different universities that had bases on the subject and medical specialists. This way we could have a precise solution to our investigation so we can help our future pacients who suffer this disease. There were identified the risk facts, the evolution and the established management by the first contact doctors and we found which of all treatments it’s the more useful, the most accesible about money, the quickliest and the less painful. |
