| Resumo: | Businesses established by foreign immigrant entrepreneurs generate economic activities in the places where they decide to reside, these establishments are increasingly predominant in Mexico. Therefore, the objective of this article is to present an analytical review of the literature in relation to the businesses of immigrant entrepreneurs known as ethnic businesses, detecting the investigations at the international, national, and local levels. To achieve this and to show a general and specific overview of this type of business, 51 investigations on ethnic businesses were consulted using the systematic review method. |
