| Resumo: | To know a bakery’s workplace well-being in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, the company was analyzed using as determining factors the organizational climate, dependence of psychological distress and social dysfunction. This was done using Litwin and Stringer’s Organizational Climate Questionnaire [LSOCQ] and David Goldberg’s 12-item General Health Questionnaire [GHQ-12]. The instruments were applied to the workers the first half of 2020 and the sample consisted of 16 people. At the moment of the investigation, the bakery got a favorable score at the Organizational Climate Questionnaire, and the results on the General Health Questionnaire shown that the workers had a healthy mental health. With the results it was corroborated that the workers were working under a good workplace well being. |
