Sumario:Chile has advanced from international commitments to develop climate policies that are the subject of this study. In particular, the key facts about Climate Change are reviewed, to contextualize the vulnerabilities and the impacts of the phenomenon, the perceptions that Chilean society is having in this respect, and its participation in the international scheme; to advance in the climate architecture that is made up of the institutionality and the management instruments, in order to finish with an analysis of this scenario in a juridical key, in order to reach final reflections.
