| Summary: | From the perspective of local economic development, a development plan is an essential strategy for the territory. In this sense, the present investigation takes as a case study the State of Nayarit and the development plans of the state public administrations from 1999 to the year 2021; with the objective of determining the logic of local planning and its effects on the development of the entity. A binary logistic regression is used to analyze the phenomenon of a planned strategic project, and one that is not, based on three variables: source of financing, estimated cost of the project and estimated time of completion. |
