Sumario:The current need to structure a feasible utopia that opposes the sham which is widespread as globalization, an which moves forward, dilapidating -for the underworld of under development- by the courses of neoliberals is outlined in this article. The opposition stated by the author is not the advance towards an international understanding in order to structure a world economy, but against the observable phenomenon in which  nation powers advance their economical and political frontiers over poor countries, in order to compete better commercially amongst and within themselves. The author points out previous conditions, or first stages to become international, in order that the supposed globalization is really the creation of a new world order animated with the genuine purpose to disappear existent disparities, which increase even more with the application of neoliberal policies, crating the threat of a generalized conflict which would degrade all human kind
