Sumario:One of the short term goals of mucogingival surgery is to accomplish complete root coverage in teeth with gingival recession, in order to reduce root sensibility and improve dental esthetics. Multiple surgical alternatives have been proposed to preserve the residual tissue and blood supply around the defect.
