| Sumario: | This study, from a critical and systematic perspective, seeks to analyze the transformation of institutions starting with a crisis of governance, giving rise to new forms, structures, processes and mechanisms of an emergent global economic governance. It concludes that the system of global economic governance requires institutional reforms, a more inclusive posture for the debate and negotiation of the economic matters that are of most concern to everyone, in which the direct influence of agencies inclined towards defending the interests of economics projects of hegemonic elites is not accepted. |
