However, these opening has been slow in terms of market diversification and trade facilitation. Thus, the present work consists in analyzing the Mexico Enabling Trade Index´s vis-à-vis to the economies belonging to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership and evaluate their institutions, infrastructure, and services, to simplify the free flow of goods. The objective is detected opportunity areas for policies strategic adoption to strength the trade facilitation, using comparative method and Pearson's correlation.La firma de una extensa red tratados de libre comercio, la adopción de programas de fomento al comercio exterior y la intensa competencia por el posicionamiento en los mercados internacionales, han emergido como rasgos distintivos de la apertura comercial emprendida por México hace más de treinta años. Sin embargo, dicha apertura ha sido lenta respecto a la diversificación de mercados y la facilitación comercial. Así las cosas, el presente trabajo consiste en analizar el Índice de Facilitación Comercial de México respecto a las economías pertenecientes al Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico, para evaluar el grado en que éstas organizan sus instituciones, infraestructura y servicios simplificando el libre flujo de mercancías.
