| Sumario: | Addressing the role of education in tackling the problem of violence, this article analyzes aspects of teacher training that relate to skills for peaceful and democratic interpersonal relationships in schools. The study was conducted with graduates of a teacher training college. Using situational analyses of subjects’ practice teaching experiences, the ethical principles of these future teachers were examined. The article includes reflections on current experiences in schools and teachers’ traditional attitudes. |
