Sumario:The second title of the Amparo Law published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, on April 2, 2000, entitled "Of the Amparo Procedures", in Chapter I, entitled "The Indirect Amparo", in the first section, called "Origin and Demand", which begins in numeral 107, relates a series of acts, for which indirect protection is appropriate, known as that one, which, unlike direct protection (in an interpretation to the contrary sensu), does not proceed against final judgments, awards and resolutions that put an end to a procedure; The fifth fraction of said article, which establishes the origin of this means of constitutional control, is among those that call attention due to its ambiguity. "Against acts in trial whose effects are impossible to repair, being understood by them those that materially affect substantive rights protected in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and in the International Treaties to which the Mexican State is a party.
