Transitions are discussed here according to legal criteria, considering two different instances: replacing a constitution and its gradual modification. The idea is to explain the processes of constitutional transformation and to introduce a theoretical model for that purpose. To consider law as a system of rules is one of the most important premises of this proposal. Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México2022-01-12info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.juridicas.unam.mx/index.php/mexican-law-review/article/view/1656610.22201/iij.24485306e.2022.2.16566Mexican Law Review; Volume XIV, number 2, january-june 2022; 3-20Mexican Law Review; Volume XIV, number 2, january-june 2022; 3-202448-53061870-057810.22201/iij.24485306e.2022.2reponame:Mexican Law Reviewinstname:UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE MÉXICOinstacron:UNAMenghttps://revistas.juridicas.unam.mx/index.php/mexican-law-review/article/view/16566/17201Copyright (c) 2022 UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE MÉXICOinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/165662024-08-16T17:59:00Z
