Descripción
Sumario:The goal of this research is to understand the practices and adaptations in legal matters by Spain to procure its own defense as a nation, specifically in relation to its allies. The justification for this historical-political review is based on Spain’s own interests. In this sense, the aim is to offer an exchange of information that is susceptible to the constitutional and legislative foundations of the country’s security as a normative appropriation of roman law.
