Descripción
Sumario:The Intercultural Communicative Competence - ICC, is understood from its three-dimensional model: awareness, sensitivity and intercultural effectiveness duly. In the development of this article, we seek to describe and analyze the aforementioned competition, in the subjects responsible for the act of international negotiation in small and medium enterprises with export experience in the food industry, located in the state of San Luis Potosí. According to the Secretary of Economic Development, of the state, as of 2019 the total number of organizations with the aforementioned characteristics is a total of 7, of which 3 agreed to participate in this investigation. A predominantly qualitative mixed approach was chosen, with a descriptive design based on the case study method. Two instruments were applied: a 40-item Likert-type scale and a semi-structured interview. Some of the results obtained indicate: that there is a direct relationship between the multicultural experience with the level of CCI and that the dimension of greatest development among the entrepreneurs was that of intercultural sensitivity.
