Sumario:This article is an analysis of the impact of the Telesecundaria School in the municipality of Cuetzalan, Puebla, on the auxiliary city council of San Miguel Tzinacapan. The analysis focuses on the relationship between telesecundaria education and intercultural education. The general objective of this work revolves around showing the complexity of the relationship between the national educational model expressed in basic education, specifically in telesecundaria and the alternative proposals that have been strengthened through collaborative work from local areas.
