Sumario:Conduct defined as criminal offenses against nature justice were severely defeated by historic legislation, the goal of society and religion by virtue of rejection. Such proceedings, supported by yhe judicial doctrine and moral theology, even to adversely affect the procedural guarantees of the defendants, are stated in the thoroughly examined case prepared against yhe clerk of the court/notary, Manuel García, for the crime of bestiality.
