| Sumario: | he financial reform of 2014 has been the largest in the history of our country for the number of laws that were amended -thirty-three- as well as for the approval of a new one. This is part of the so-called “structural reforms” which, among other aspects, aim at boosting the access to financial funding and strengthening financial inclusion. The following article focuses on the changes affecting the faculties and attributions of the authorities of the Mexican Financial System. It will determine the scope of these in a general context of the reform, but above all, in the contribution to the strengthening of the financial system as a whole and the impact that it has on the users of the financial services. |
