Sumario:A basic four-bit logic opticalarray prototype operating withweak beams guided by brightspatialsolitons is proposed.The operation principle of thedevice is based on the crossingof spatial solitons, which guidethe weak beam, over twoparallel and well separatedsolitons. Selecting appropriatephase difference values ofparallel solitons, the energy ofthe weak beam can betransferred into them to producethe four binary logicstates: (0,0), (1,0), (0,1) and(1,1).
