Sumario:The present article does some precisions on the current context opposite to which the human rights move, centering specially on the Colombian case and the state of recognition to the food sovereignty of the communities and some bets from the territories that resist, inside a model who promotes the economic globalization and who does not bear in mind the local and community needs. From the ethics as possibility of justification and the new political conquests of the peoples of America Latina in the last decades, product of the resistance against the impairment of the life and the advantage of the defense of the te-rritory, is pertinent to reflect on the human rights and to realize an analysis which will allow understand the need of reformulate it, in accordance on the current context of the communities which have bet on a struggle for the survival, in this sense and for the case in particular, it will be based concerning the right of the peoples to the food sovereignty.
