Descripción
Sumario:This paper aims at examining whether there are international norms underlying the State obligation to carry out a control of conventionality within the domestic legal system. We argue that this international State obligation is based on articles 26 and 27 of the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. This study examines the relevant literature and applies the interpretation principles provided for theVienna Convention itself.
