| Sumario: | The administrative law history always reveals valuable experiences; it shows the achievements and mistakes in the legislative acts of the governments in their public administration. In our country the federal governments last a period of six years, those periods of time produce changes in the public administration. A great field of transformations has been (and still it is) the parastatal public administration. The government abuse, through laws and presidential decrees, when it creates decentralized organisms. With or without publicity increase the number of public trusts. The result is the economic and political decadency of state-owned corporations. |
