Descrição
Resumo:The objective of this article is to analyze the value chain from the perspective of the capital cycle approach, an exercise that allows us to critically review the foundations upon which the value chain is based as a way to share in the global benefits of the production and circulation of commodities. This paper introduces the hypothesis that innovation is the fundamental cause behind the interdependence of capitals and the necessary precursor to the securitization process. In that sense, it would also be the ultimate cause of governance.
