Resumo:The present work analyzes from a human rights perspective the code of conduct for female dress or use of the hijab established in the Muslim religious precepts; provision that can be interpreted as an instrument of control through which it seeks to establish, maintain and preserve a role of submission of you are in society in front of men, thus promoting an unequal treatment that seeks to be explained from the concepts of bipower and biopolitics.
