Descripción
Sumario:Mourning is inherent to human existence. This topic has opened spaces for reflection and analysis in Psychology, Philosophy and other related sciences. In a particular way, Psychoanalysis has provided knowledge on the human mind, unconscious processes and feelings that are involved in the process or mourning. The Psychoanalytic theory, from Freud to the current perspectives, has provided contributions that allow us to understand and analyze the mental processes that are involved when we suffer a significant loss. The objective of this book is to present a starting point towards the understanding, from a psychoanalytic point of view, of a relevant topic, starting from the classic contributions to the modern theories and ideas about mourning and loss.
