Based on these elements, the present text studies the degree of incidence of six categories of the standard in the design of the transparency policies implemented for the Federal Public Administration in the period 2001-2021. Our hypothesis is that, despite being oriented towards transparency and access to information, the policies don´t comply with most of the international obligations foreseen. |
