Sumario:The purpose of the research was to analyze the behavior of a subgrade, using an electrochemical stabilization on a road in the Andes of Peru. A qualitative, quantitative, and an applied methodology were used. Its population and sample had a length of 1 km, making 03 test pits each at 0, 500 and 1000 m. Their results show that the soil in its natural state is an A-6 (clayey of low plasticity), with Californian Bearing Ratio of 9.60%, being categorized as a regular subgrade. The incorporation of the BioCec electrochemical stabilizer in various combinations of 0.04 l/m3, 0.07 l/m3 and 0.10 l/m3 produces a reduction in the consistency limit at LL=5.90% LP=2.46 % decreasing by 2.03%. The CBR increases to 7.12% at 100% and 5.08% at 95% compared to the natural soil, improving its category to an A-4, a good subgrade. It is concluded that the soil with the application...
