description We are experiencing a transcendental Labor Reform that brings with it the construction of a new Procedural Labor Law, where we find procedural rules and figures, but, above all, the figure of the Judge in the new labor courts stands out. Jurisdictional activity is essential for the construction of a constitutional and democratic State of Law, it is undeniable that the reform brought with it new requirements for an owner who will assume great responsibilities and fulfill a specific profile. This aims to analyze the new profile of the labor judge, following the deductive and analytical work methods, starting from some antecedents of the Labor Reform, arriving at the idea of a new Procedural Labor Law in Mexico until reaching the profile of the new judge to study the formal requirements to occupy the position, some attitudes and skills that are required in daily judicial activity and, in particular, highlight some principles that should guide the actions of the new labor judges. Finally, some considerations are presented, in addition to the corresponding research sources.

Finally, some considerations are presented, in addition to the corresponding research sources.Estamos viviendo una trascendental reforma laboral que trae consigo la construcción de un nuevo derecho procesal del trabajo, donde encontramos reglas y figuras procesales, pero, sobre todo, resalta la figura del juez en los nuevos tribunales labora-les. La actividad jurisdiccional es fundamental para la construcción de un Estado constitucional y democrático de derecho, es innegable que la reforma trajo consigo exigencias nuevas para un titular que deberá asumir grandes responsabilidades y cumplir un perfil específico. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el nuevo perfil del juez laboral, siguiendo los métodos deductivo y analítico, partiendo de algunos antecedentes de la reforma laboral, arribando a la idea de un nuevo derecho procesal del trabajo de México hasta llegar al perfil del nuevo juez laboral para estudiar los requisitos formales para ocupar el cargo, algunas actitudes y habilidades que se requerirán en la actividad jurisdiccional diaria y, de manera particular, destacar algunos principios que deben conducir los actos de los nuevos jueces laborales. Finalmente se presentan algunas consideraciones, además de las correspondientes fuentes de investigación.Nous vivons une réforme du travail mémorable qui entraîne la construction d‘une nouvelle loi de procédure du travail, où l‘on retrouve des règles de procédure et des chiffres, mais surtout la figure du juge dans les nouveaux tribunaux du travail se démarque. L‘activité juridictionnelle est essentielle pour la construction d‘un État de Droit constitutionnel et démocratique, il est indéniable que la réforme a entraîné de nouvelles exigences pour un propriétaire qui doit assumer de grandes responsabilités et remplir un profil spécifique. Ce travail vise à analyser le nouveau profil du juge du travail, en suivant les méthodes déductives et analytiques, à partir de certains antécédents de la réforme du travail, en arrivant à l‘idée d‘une nouvelle loi procédurale du travail au Mexique jusqu‘à atteindre le profil du nouveau juge du travail étudier les conditions formelles pour occuper le poste, certaines attitudes et compétences qui seront requises dans l‘activité judiciaire quotidienne et, en particulier, mettre en évidence certains principes qui devraient guider l‘action des nouveaux juges du travail.
