| Sumario: | Sexual freedom is a requirement for the proper development of individuals regardless of any type of coercion, exploitation or abuse. It is the right of every individual to exercise, in the best conditions, their sexuality aimed at living a safe and satisfactory life, provided that it does not violate the respect and right to sexual freedom of other individuals. For this reason, in the legal field in each era and in each culture, there have been different perceptions, each generation adapting to its social, economic and legal environment according to its demands and needs.
