| Sumario: | In the present study conducted with the methodology of master's thesis is based on the obvious fact that the graduates of the Bachelor of Tourism live, when faced with difficulties to place themselves in management positions in a hotel, in particular of the Guadalajara LAMAR University. For this effect, the case of the insertion of tourism students in the hotel industry in Guadalajara was taken with the category of 4, 5 stars and great tourism, as well as the requirements of employers. The research work began in 2006 with the academic conclusion of the master's degree in higher education, which was given thanks to the formalization of an agreement between the Autonomous University of Nayarit and the Guadalajara Lamar University. This study focused on three variables: The requirements of employers, the feelings of the students and their experience in professional practice as well as the curriculum of the tourism career at the Guadalajara Lamar University. |
