Descripción
Sumario:This work aims is to analyze and make known the role of investment in transportation infrastructure: base of the implementation of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), which is considered as China’s general plan of trade openness and international cooperation with foreign countries, officially announced in 2013. Statistical analysis has been used, through which clear infrastructure development was seen as a priority of the economic policy of the countries of Asia Pacific (PA), serving as interconnection with the countries of the region.  This confirmed the pure interest of investors in the implementation, extension, and concession of ports and railways, thus generating a breakthrough for the economic development of the region, as well as increasing the competitiveness and presence of their products in the world market.
