Descripción
Sumario:This paper analyzes the journalistic coverage of social movements in Ibero-America over the last ten years (2011-2021). A systematic review of the literature was carried out to analyze the diffusion of social activism in the press. Thus, the set of sources was analyzed, identifying, in the traditional media, coverage related to the political power and the reinforcement of stereotypes, and, in digital journalism, an approach that delves into the causes and consequences of social movements, providing them with spaces for discussion and collective practices.
