And assuming they can achieve recognition after getting the media attention, they can improve their democratic status. Social activism through social networks (created as invisible entities), can make civil society to overcome political apathy.That's why actions that were born in social networks, spontaneous outbreaks or movements such as #yosoy132 show a change in the social action. Being all the result of the penetration of the ICT. This represents a risk for the political class, since the ICT arise as an opportunity to return to a new "Fuenteovejuna", but in a virtual version.Considering the above, the analysis of ICT brings a different political qualitative change that is being generated. The citizens' political disinterest for a democratic political system is beginning to change with the transformation of a new interactive political culture with virtual support, which can be reflected in the increase of collective social actions. They may not be strong or noticed in times of calm or political repression, but they reappear during critical moments or conflicts.En este trabajo se propone: "existe una conexión entre la política y las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, concentradas en Internet y redes sociales.Las tecnologías como canales de información y comunicación; son considerados recursos prioritarios en el activismo social colectivo para denunciar virtualmente el conflicto social. Alcanzan su reconocimiento luego de conseguir atraer la atención mediática, mejoran su condición democrática. El activismo social, a través de las redes sociales, (creadas como entidades invisibles), consiguen que la sociedad civil supere la apatía política.Por ello, acciones construidas a partir de las redes sociales, brotes espontáneos auto-convocados o movimientos como #yosoy132, afirman un cambio en la acción social derivada por la penetración de las TIC, lo cual representa un riesgo para la clase política; ya que surgen como una oportunidad de retorno de una nueva Fuenteovejuna, pero en una versión virtual.El desinterés político de los ciudadanos por el sistema político democrático, está en vías de desaparecer con las transformaciones de una nueva cultura política interactiva con sustento virtual, lo cual se puede apreciar en el incremento de las acciones sociales colectivas.
