On the Notion of Constitutional Liquidity. A Close Idea to Kelsen’s Thesis of Tacit Alternative Clause
In this paper I examine the thesis statement of José María Sauca on “Constitutional Liquidity” and the clauses of this kind that he identifies in the Spanish Constitution. I will analyze them under the light of the tacit alternative clause thesis presented by Kelsen.
