Descrição
Resumo:This dataset contains spatial transcriptomics data used to analyze the spatial distribution of cancer hallmarks in human tumors. Its objective is to characterize spatial patterns of molecular activity within tumor tissue and the tumor microenvironment, and to investigate their relationship with tumor ecology and drug sensitivity. The data comprise 63 untreated primary tumors across 10 different cancer types. Based on spatial gene expression profiles, the activity of 13 cancer hallmarks is quantified in defined tissue regions. The dataset is intended for research in oncology, computational biology, and precision medicine.
