Descripción
Sumario:[EN] Enterprises need to reach new challenges in order to achieve competitive advantages in the Future Internet context. Enterprise Interoperability [1] was one of these proposed challenges in the past decade, which is being adopted by enterprises more and more. However, the frameworks and methods proposed in the interoperability domain should evolve to achieve complete interoperability taking into account the current economic situation and the emerging Web 2.0 Technologies. In this paper and following FInES cluster¿s recommendations [2], we propose an adaptation on the Interoperability Model [3] in order to introduce a new dimension on Open Innovation [4]. This dimension is directly linked to the idea of open collaboration, continuous innovation, and therefore with Web 2.0 Technologies. The final result of this research is the Open Innovation Framework, which adds innovation and the idea of open community as a new dimension for enterprise modelling to achieve full interoperability, and then proposes a method to achieve it through Web 2.0 technologies. The final goal is to provide to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) a useful way to innovate performing collaboration by means of Web 2.0 Technologies.
