| Sumario: | In order to contribute to the advancement of curricular Sustainability, we developed a Training Model that promotes action for transformation. Under the paradigm of socio-critical research we apply mixed research models: the Grounded Theory, a Survey and a Success Case Study of Schumacher College. The most appropriate theoretical approaches contribute to the development of an ecological worldview and non-materialist values. Among the essential contents of sustainability are contemporary problems and their solutions from a positive approach, holistic science, alternative economic models and the philosophy of transformation. The teaching methodologies will play a decisive role in the possible effectiveness of our proposal, being especially characterized by the need to use a great diversity of active methodologies, interdisciplinary and contextualized work, co-creation techniques, artistic expression and the application of Theory U. |
