Experiment was performed in WARC (West African Research Centre), Dakar (Senegal) in November 2024. The participants constitute a sample population of cultural heritage science students. The experimental device was Neon, Pupil-Labs eye-tracker. This Dataset includes Raw data, sociodemographic characterization of participants, information and archaeological context of the visual stimuli, description of the experiment performance and datasheets.XSCAPE is an ERC funded Synergy Grant that explores the Interactions between Predictive Brains, Cultural Artefacts, and Embodied Visual Search through the synergistic collaboration of cognitive and social sciences, mainly visual neuroscience and archaeology. Its short title is Material Minds (XSCAPE acronym), Grant ERC-2020-SyG 951631 of the European Research.
