| Sumario: | Multiwavelength observations of the galaxy UCM 2257+2438 found in the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (UCM) objective-prism survey are reported. The optic spectroscopy, CCD imaging, near-infrared and IRAS photometric data suggest that this object is a narrow-line Seyfert 1 placed in the nucleus of a Sa nearly face-on galaxy with a significant contribution from starlight. |
